Refund & Return Policy

At Galaxy Farms by Infruit, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable farmhouse booking experience for all our guests. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are handled.

By making a reservation with Galaxy Farms by Infruit, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Booking Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • More than 14 days before check-in: Guests are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
  • 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be provided.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund will be applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


Rescheduling Policy

Guests may request to reschedule their booking subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
  • One complimentary date change may be allowed for eligible bookings.
  • Additional changes may attract administrative charges.

Cancellation by Galaxy Farms by Infruit

In rare situations where Galaxy Farms by Infruit must cancel a booking due to maintenance issues, safety concerns, natural events, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances:

  • Guests will receive a full refund, OR
  • Guests may choose to reschedule their booking to another available date.

Galaxy Farms by Infruit shall not be liable for any indirect expenses including transportation, third-party bookings, or personal losses.


Security Deposit & Damages

A refundable security deposit may be collected during booking or check-in.

The deposit may be partially or fully withheld in cases involving:

  • Property damage
  • Missing items
  • Excessive cleaning requirements
  • Violation of property rules
  • Unauthorized events or activities

Any additional damages exceeding the deposit amount may be charged separately.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Violation of farmhouse rules or policies
  • Early departure after check-in
  • Disturbance caused to neighbors or property staff
  • Illegal or prohibited activities on the premises
  • Weather conditions that do not affect property operations

Payment Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • UPI / Wallet Payments: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5–7 business days

Actual timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
